For the first burn, allow the wax to melt for up to 4 hours for jars larger than 6 oz, and up to 3 hours for our 3.5 oz tin candles to help prevent tunneling. For the full Zenitary effect, we recommend pairing your candle with a few minutes of deep, intentional breathing while the scent fills your space. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. For more info, visit the USER GUIDE.
Always trim your wick to about ¼ inch before each burn even if it looks fine. This helps prevent soot, uneven flames, and mushrooming (that little black ball at the tip). A properly trimmed wick gives you a cleaner, longer-lasting burn and keeps your candle looking and performing its best.
Our candles are made from a high-quality, eco-friendly blend of soy and coconut wax.
We use natural cotton wicks that are completely lead-free and free of any harmful metals.
We use a combination of essential oils and high-quality fragrance oils to scent our candles. All our fragrances are phthalate-free and designed to create a pleasant, long-lasting aroma.
Great question! Bumps or frosting on the surface are completely normal especially with natural waxes like our soy-coconut blend. This happens because we don’t use paraffin or chemical additives to smooth things out. It’s a natural characteristic of clean, plant-based wax and doesn’t affect the quality or performance of your candle. In fact, it’s part of what makes each Zenitary candle beautifully unique.
Absolutely! We love a sustainable moment. Clean it out once the wax is gone and repurpose it as a pen holder, organizer container, or mini shrine for your sanity.
Tunneling happens when the candle burns down the center, leaving wax around the edges. To avoid tunneling, ensure the first burn lasts long enough to melt the wax evenly across the top, which is about 3-4 hours
Place one to two wax melt cubes in the dish of your wax warmer (link to wax warmer here). As the wax melts, the scent will gently fill your space. For stronger scents, place three cubes. Do not overflow the warmer dish. Once the scent fades, let the wax cool, remove it from the warmer, and replace it with a fresh melt. Never add water, and always keep your warmer within sight while in use. For more info, visit the USER GUIDE.
Once the wax has cooled and solidified, gently pop it out of the warmer dish. You can also soak up wax as it cools using a paper towel or cotton ball. Do not touch hot liquid wax. Always make sure the warmer is off and cool before handling, and do not use sharp tools to remove the wax, as this may damage the warmer. For more info, visit the USER GUIDE.
