Zenitary products are designed to support mindfulness, relaxation, and emotional well-being, but we do not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Product Safety & Limitation of Liability
Users are solely responsible for the safe and proper use of all Zenitary products, including candles and wax melts. Always follow safety guidelines: trim the candle wick to ¼ inch before each lighting, never leave a burning candle unattended, keep all products away from children, pets, and flammable materials, and burn on a heat-resistant surface, burn the candle up to 4 hours at a time. By using this site and our products, you acknowledge that Zenitary is not liable for any misuse, injury, damage, or adverse reaction. Use mindfully, breathe deeply, and take good care of yourself. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenitary shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
Sales, Payments, & Right to Refuse Service
We strive to ensure all product descriptions and pricing on our site are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. Zenitary maintains the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse service to anyone, limit order quantities, or cancel any transactions that we suspect to be fraudulent or unauthorized. Shipping is limited to the United States.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unless product arrives damaged, no returns are accepted. If package arrives damaged, please email us at hello(at)zenitary.com within a day of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging to be eligible for refunds. We offer a one time exchange, however candles must be unused and in their original condition. Email us at hello(at)zenitary.com to start the exchange process. Please note: customers are responsible for return & exchange shipping costs.

Coupon Use Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated, all coupons are single use per customer. Coupons may not be reused. Only one coupon may be applied per order.
Clean Claim Disclosure
At Zenitary, “clean” refers to our formulation standards, including the use of a coconut-soy wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and IFRA-compliant ingredients. Our products are designed for a cleaner burn when used as directed.
